Foreman

We are currently partnering with a well-established builder specialising in high-end residential new builds and renovations to recruit an experienced Working Foreman to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable company that has been operating for over 10 years, delivering premium homes and large-scale renovations across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects valued up to $5M, they are looking for a motivated foreman who can lead from the front while remaining hands-on where required.

The Role

As a Working Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects while maintaining strong quality control and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily site activities on high-end residential builds and renovations
• Supervising subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
• Ensuring work is completed to programme and to a high quality standard
• Maintaining strong health & safety practices on site
• Working closely with the Project Manager and clients where required
• Leading by example as a hands-on foreman when needed

About You

The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background and have strong experience delivering high-quality residential projects.

You will have:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• 3–4+ years’ experience in a supervisory / foreman role
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage trades and maintain quality workmanship
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
